Book a free 10-minute discovery call to discuss your health goals, ask questions, and explore how naturopathy can support you.

Your initial consultation includes a detailed review of your presenting complaints and health goals, along with an assessment of your diet, lifestyle, medical, and family history. I will listen to your unique health story to gather comprehensive information about you as a whole, so we can decide together on the next steps. After the session, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan and, if needed, a referral for further testing.

In your follow-up consultation, we’ll review your progress, discuss any test results, and bring together both evidence-based research and traditional practices to refine your treatment plan. Together, we’ll review my recommendations and make adjustments as needed. After the session, you’ll receive an updated, personalised treatment plan to continue supporting your health goals.
When: 3-4 weeks after your initial consultation.

What happens after I book my appointment?
You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your intake form. You need to complete your intake form prior to your appointment. This will ensure your appointment runs efficiently.
You will also receive an invite to your virtual consultation.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please reschedule as soon as possible and or get in touch via email at larissa@nextdoornature.com.au.
